    How to Play Sudoku

Sudoku is easy to learn and can be played by anyone, regardless of age or experience. Here’s how to play:

    1. Fill in the grid with numbers 1-9. Each row, column, and section should have each number once and only once.
    2. Start by looking for obvious number of placements. For example, if there is only one empty square in a row and you know that the numbers 1-8 are already present in that row, the empty square must contain the number 9.
    3. Use the process of elimination to narrow down the possible number of placements. If a number cannot appear in a particular row, column, or section, you can eliminate that number from consideration for that square.
    4. Keep going until the grid is complete!
