  • Sun Records, no longer had the rights to release Elvis' work, and as such, held on to the recordings made that day by Cash, Lewis, Perkins and Presley for 25 years - long enough to outlive the statute of limitations and released the recordings under the title of "The Million Dollar Quartet."
