Your Team Overview page shows who's been on, what they used and when. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
- Latest activity for every member The last thing each person opened, played, downloaded or printed, with the date and time.
- Seats in use See how many of your seats are taken, for example 7 / 8.
- Manage Team One button takes you to invite people, remove someone or change roles.
- Full history per person Click “View Detailed Usage” to see everything one team member has used.
- Filter by date Pick a start and end date. Handy for monthly reports and team meetings.
- Print a report A tidy printout with your team name, who printed it and the date range.
A calendar for every unit
Every seat can save up to 3 calendars in Calendar Builder. Your memory support unit, each wing and your weekend program can all have their own plan, and nobody overwrites anyone else's.
- Up to 3 saved calendars per seat, so a team of 8 can keep up to 24
- Owners and managers can open and edit any member's calendar, which helps when someone is on leave
- Print each one large for the lounge or unit noticeboard

Common questions
Who can see our team's activity?
Only the team owner and any managers. Members can't see each other's activity. The dashboard lists what each person used on Memory Lane Therapy and when, such as pages visited, videos played, quizzes downloaded and calendars printed.
How do my staff join?
After checkout you'll find a registration link in your Team area. Share it with your staff, or add them by name and email. Each person sets up their own login.
Can I add seats later?
Yes. Go to Manage Team, then Settings, and add seats whenever you need them. If your team grows past 7 people on Team Plus, get in touch and we'll help you move to Facility Plus.
Does each person get their own calendars?
Yes. Every seat can save up to 3 calendars in Calendar Builder. Owners and managers can also open and edit any member's calendar when they need to.
What happens at renewal?
Your team membership runs for 12 months from purchase. There are no automatic renewals. We'll email you when your plan is about to expire, and the owner can then renew for the whole team in one payment. Everyone keeps their login and their saved calendars.
