  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Dry strawberries well with paper towels to make sure the chocolate adheres perfectly.
  3. Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes at 50% power. Stir until smooth.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, making sure the strawberry is covered almost to the stem.
