• Glue gun with glue sticks

Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide to making the best Cheering Hand Foam for your next aged care activity! Take notes and make sure to remember the important details.

Step 1: Trace and Cut

• Select foam sheets in the colors of your favorite football team. This will be the base of your foam hand.
• Draw and create a hand-shaped form onto the foam Sheets or use a hand template that is available on the internet for convenience and start to Trace.
• Cut out the two hand shapes.
