    Materials Needed:

    • Large pumpkin (Pumpkin baskets)
    • Small handheld bean bags
    • Masking tape or chalk (to mark the throwing line)

    How to Play:

    Simply position the basket on the ground, then have the players stand back an appropriate distance and toss a bean bags into it.


    Set Up:

    1. Choose a spacious and safe area for the game.
    2. Place the pumpkin on the ground.
    3. Use any cardboard to label the pumpkins, indicating their points.
    4. Use masking tape or chalk to mark a throwing line several feet away from the pumpkin.

    Rules:

    1. Each seniors stands behind the throwing line.
    2. Seniors take turns tossing bean bags towards the pumpkin’s opening.

    Scoring:

    1. Assign points to different sections of the pumpkin opening based on difficulty (higher points for smaller openings).
    2. If a bean bag successfully lands inside the pumpkin, the player earns the designated points.

    Winning:

    The player with the highest accumulated points after a set number of rounds or a specific time wins.

    • Incorporate Halloween-themed prizes for winners, like small treats or decorative items.
